We have a small and larger double room available in a fabulous house in Wandsworth It 10 minutes walk from Wandsworth Town Station (with links straight to Waterloo & Clapham Junction) As well as overground, there are really good bus links.
The house is on a lovely street and really close to Southside Shopping Centre with shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema and some great pubs!

Marketing & Natalia (32) Events. We like to hang out, watch TV, host gals nights in and also love a little pub trip etc. We also respect each other's space & quiet time when needed. During the week, we are quite chilled with work but always keen to debrief about our days. You will be welcomed with open arms!

We're looking for a female (26-32) who is clean, tidy & easy going. Someone who is looking for a home and keen to be friends as well as housemates.

The house has a large kitchen, homely lounge, garden (perfect for the summer & bbas!), and a shared bathroom (bath & shower).

The large double bedroom is upstairs and has a built in wardrobe along with a standing wardrobe that’s included. It gets plenty of natural daylight too. The room is unfurnished but option to purchase bed and desk.

The smaller bedroom is upstairs, cosy & easily fits a double bed, desk and has a built in wardrobe. It gets plenty of natural daylight too (° The room is unfurnished. There is also shelves and a set of drawers outside which you can use for additional storage.

Both girls will be staying in the property, but happy for you to choose the smaller currently occupied room, or the larger one that our third house mate will be moving out of 😊
