1 room in 2 bedroom house, Wandsworth

Hi all, my housemate is currently moving out of our two bedroom house and I need someone to fill her space. We are currently on a 3 year contract so the stay is anywhere from minimum 1 to 2 years maximum. Rent is £1000 monthly with bills around £180, which includes everything plus council tax (Wandsworth band E). The deposit is £1153.85 and you would be moving in on the 27th of April as rent is due on the 27th of each month.

The house itself will be partly/fully furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished. Please be advised that for a few days after you move in my current housemates furniture and items will be kept in the living room until she can officialy leave, however your room will cleared out to move into.

Some information about myself, I am a 28 yr old female working full-time in a museum. I'm a fairly quiet person mindful of peoples personal time and space, and enjoy simple hobbies in my downtime. I am looking for a professional housemate around 25-30 years old, preferably female. All LGBTQ+ welcome, just looking for a kind individual to join the space, thank you!
