My flatmate is sadly leaving our lovely flat share in Wandsworth to move in with her partner, so I’m looking for someone to take her place.
The spacious two-bedroom flat is located in a desirable part of Wandsworth, just a five-minute walk from Southside Shopping Centre. It’s fully furnished with a clean, modern feel and plenty of natural light throughout.
The room is a good sized double with lots of natural light, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and storage. There’s also space to add a desk if you work from home. The room is available from 14th June (with potential to move in earlier than this).
The flat has a bright open plan kitchen and living area, with a fully equipped kitchen (including an oven and brand-new washing machine), and a comfortable living/dining space. The bathroom is modern with built-in storage, and there’s also access to a communal roof terrace, a great bonus in the warmer months.
The location is really well connected, around a 20 minute walk to Wandsworth Town (quick links into Waterloo) and a short walk to Southfields station (District line). There are also bus routes right outside to Clapham Junction. You’re close to M&S, Waitrose, a large Sainsbury’s and Lidl, as well as the river and green spaces, King George’s Park is less than a few minutes away.

I’m a 31-year-old Irish primary school teacher and have lived here for four years. I’m friendly, tidy, and easy-going, and enjoy a relaxed home environment. It would be great to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat or a glass of wine, but also happy doing their own thing. I’m quite house proud and like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Ideally, I’m looking for a female flatmate of a similar age.
💷 Rent & Bills
The rent is currently £925 per month.
Bills come to roughly £165–£180 per month, which includes council tax, water, gas & electricity, broadband, and TV licence. Standard referencing and deposit required.
