Sunny, spacious, furnished ensuite w/ parking

Hello! My flat mate decided to get pregnant and have a baby out of wedlock so I need a new flatmate.

The unit is a 2 bed 2 bath, with 1 being an en suite (not pictured as it's the room I'm currently occupying). But I am happy to switch if you prefer that room. Also there is a covered parking spot in the garage available if needed, included with rent at no additional cost. Sorry the pictures aren't the best. I don't have a lot of stuff so it does feel a bit empty now that Daniela is gone.

Great building in a nice area, lots of shops as it's right next to Southside Shopping Centre, parks, gyms, and other amenities within walking distance. The flat itself has modern fixtures and nice appliances. Both bedrooms get excellent sunlight throughout the day. About 10-15 minutes to either East Putney (District Line) or Wandsworth Town (NR) if you need to commute. Clapham Junction is about 10 min on the bus or a 25 min walk.

The room is available as of June 27 but I figured I’d put the ad up to see if anyone is looking or wants to come see the place before then.

Couples welcome to inquire as long as you’re not weird. Couples welcome at £1500 pcm in either room (ensuite room, not pictured but slightly larger and has built in wardrobes, and of course the bathroom is adjoined to the room itself)

A bit about me! I’m originally from Chicago but have been in London for about 4 years. I enjoy working out, cooking, reading, etc etc. I do work from home and the internet can manage about one other person working from home. I'm pretty chill, I like having flatmates that are easy going and like to keep the place tidy but not psycho crazy about little things. I work out, read, travel, and play video/board games for fun. Lots of yoga and cooking in this house.

Bills are all split evenly amongst all residents, including wifi, council tax, heating & hot water, electricity
