We have a bright luxurious high-end ensuite bedroom available immediately in a professional house share in Wandsworth.

The ensuite room is located on the ground floor towards the front of the house and benefits from high ceilings.

The bedrooms in the house are all fairly large and are fully furnished with a fullsize double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. We are flexible on furniture, so would be happy to remove or add any pieces of furniture depending on your preferences.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station, which is 12 minutes to Waterloo, and is in Zone 2.

Location-wise, Wandsworth is full of amenities: you're close to the Thames, Southside shopping centre, huge Sainsbury's, Clapham Junction train station is only a 20 minute walk away or so, and Clapham Common is around 15 minutes' walk.

The housemates are from a wonderful diverse mix of British and international backgrounds. We have young professionals (four males and one female) from Britain, Italy and Norway.

The house has six ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living room, a lovely patio garden, and a basement for storage.

The kitchen has two tall fridge freezers, ample cupboards, a range cooker for cooking enthusiasts, microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a 59 inch OLED Smart TV, and Chesterfield sofas.

An excellent weekly cleaner comes to clean the shared areas of the house, and the cost of this is included in the bills. Virgin Media broadband (with signal boosters throughout the house) is also included.

The rent for the ensuite room is £1,387 pcm (£320 pw) with bills included.
