Cosy Double Room in a 4 Bed House

We have a double room available in our lovely home in wandsworth. The Tube station (Southfields) is at a 5-10 min walk. The train station (Earlsfield) is 15-20 min walk away.

There’s a lot of stuff scattered around the house in the pictures that belongs to the current tenants (as they are packing n stuff). It will all be gone.

We have a washing machine, dishwasher, 3 fridges (so lots of space there), an electric drying rack and a few regular drying racks. We also have a garden at the back but it’s not quite maintained (happy to change that though).

The rent for the room is £615. Each tenant sends the rent + £100 to the lead tenant. The lead tenant takes care of sending the rent to the landlord, paying the bills and getting all the shared essentials. Electric, gas and suuuper fast wifi (1Gbps) are included in that. Shared stuff like toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, cleaning supplies, etc. are also included. The £100, that each tenant pays with their rent, covers it. If there’s money leftover, it’s sent back to the tenants and if there’s extra we pay that at the end of the next month (which is usually £10-15 only in the winters because of heating costs).
