My friend is moving out as she has just bought her own place. I’m a friendly single gay man who enjoys an active lifestyle. I work 5 days a week in the office and I am away on average 2 months of the year with either work or visiting family. Gym and 24 hour concierge service included. 7 mins walk to Wandsworth town, 12 minute walk to Clapham junction. Wandsworth council tax. Bills average around £160-£180 a month. Currently we have a cleaner but that is a conversation for us to have if we were to continue.
