Furniture: A double Ottoman bed (with built-in storage underneath) positioned opposite the TV, a large wardrobe, and matching furniture.
Essentials Included: To save you the hassle of moving heavy bedding, the room comes ready with towels, a duvet, pillows, and linens.
Private Bathroom: En-suite bathroom with a large shower..
Parking: Includes your own dedicated parking space.
The flat does not have a balcony but the building has a large shared terrace 2 floors below and an outside area - it is also right next to the park.
Location & Conveniences:
Transport: A 10 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) to Wandsworth Town Station or a 6–10 minute bus ride to Clapham Junction.
Shops: The building connects directly to the large local shopping centre complex. You can get to Waitrose, Lidl, Primark and a variety of other shops downstairs without having to walk outside.

I’m easygoing, friendly and bubbly, and I currently work from home a fair amount. In my spare time, I like going to the gym, catching up with friends, and having a good chat, but I also really value my own downtime and fully appreciate the need for personal space.
Who I’m looking for:
I’m looking for a kind, peaceful, and considerate female flatmate who values a calm home environment. I'm very easygoing and I have no issues with you having friends over and enjoying yourself. It would be ideal to have a phone call and a chat before the viewing to talk about it all :)
