Double room in Wandsworth

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly 4-bed house from around 20th of July, with 1st August being the latest move-in date.

The room is a good size and the house includes
•shared bathroom
•comfortable living room
•separate dining room
•patio/garden space
•new kitchen
•recently redecorated throughout (about a year ago)

The bedroom has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and full length mirror + lots of shelves.

Rent is £642.50 per month
Bills usually between £80-£100 per month

You’ll be living with 3 friendly housemates (all women, aged 24-31). We enjoy the occasional catch-up, meal or drink together, but everyone has their own lives and respect each other’s space. It’s not a party house.

Mary, 24, dance teacher and TA.
Samantha, 31, alcohol sales (you’ve got to be cool with booze in the house)
Tanya, 31, software developer.
A mix of working from home and from an office.

We’re looking for someone of a similar age who is considerate, tidy, and LGBTQ+ friendly.
We are a trans friendly household.

We have a really great landlord and deal directly with him. He has always been quick at dealing with any issues we might have had and we have a good relationship with him.

The current housemates have lived here for over 5 years and we would love to find someone who’s looking for a long-term home and will treat the house as such.

Wandsworth is a lovely area, with plenty of gyms, pubs and coffee shops nearby. A big Sainsburys and Southside shopping centre are only a 5 min walk away. Many buses run past the house and Clapham Junction station is only 5 minutes away on the bus or a 15 min walk.

Landlord asks for references and he recommends earning 3x the rent.
