Double Room in Clapham Junction / Wandsworth

* The room is not suitable for someone who WFH due to no desk space and the shared lounge/kitchen is not suitable space for working. Would suit teachers, shift workers, hospitality, healthcare etc…
* Room price includes 2 large airing cupboards for your use only, one of which has shelves and a rail that doubles as extra wardrobe.

A bit about the room:
- Double bed and wardrobe provided
- The room is being expanded the week before the move in date by 5cm to meet HMO requirements. This will be complete by the time that you move in.
- The room is small, but has a very lovely big window which gets a lot of daylight and feels bright.
- The current tenancy ends in August 2027 however we have continually been on a rolling renewal with the landlord since the first original housemates moved in 4 years ago.

About the house:
- Garden/Patio space. We also bought a BBQ this year and love having people over to host or have spontaneous house BBQs (pics included!).
- Communal kitchen / lounge space - cosily furnished.
- Bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs
- 8 minute walk to Clapham junction
- 2 minutes walk to Wandsworth Common
- Lots of cute bars, cafes, pubs just on the doorstep
- GP next door (a very good one!)
- 2 Lidls within a few bus stops either direction

About the flatmates:
You will be living with 3 other girls, all aged between 25-28 and working professionals. We all joined the house through SpareRoom and have been lucky to have made friends for life! I am leaving due to leaving the UK to go travelling.

Bills are worked out monthly, including house supplies for the month (cleaning supplies, loo roll etc..) and ranges from about £70 to £100ish max in winter!
