Double room in spacious flatshare

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from the 24th July until 25th of September with the possibility of extending the stay.

You’ll be sharing with two friendly flatmates - Alex, a recent MA graduate who has lived in the flat for 2+ years and Freddie, a young professional working in PR who is also subletting for the summer.

The flat itself is a recently renovated (2 years ago) 3-bed ground-floor property. We have a generously sized open kitchen and living area (TV includes Netflix, Stremio etc.) and a large outdoor patio/garden area that’s perfect for summer evenings.

The room itself is fairly small so it comes with exclusive use of a large hallway cupboard, giving you plenty of extra wardrobe and storage space. Rent is £716 per month (bills included) plus £11.33 per month for Wi-fi.
