The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern building within a one minute walk of Wandsworth Shopping Centre. The building has a lift, is secure and is well maintained.

There are various bus routes and tube stations within walking distance as well as a variety of gyms and restaurants/cafes close by.

This apartment would suit a friendly professional female who is clean and tidy, considerate and respectful.

The flatmate that you will be sharing with travels a lot for work and likes to come home to a quiet and relaxed environment. She is friendly and sociable and is happy to share a glass of wine however, this is definitely not a party flat! Also, this property is not suitable for full time home workers.

The bedroom is partly furnished with a double bed, bed side tables, drawers and a built in wardrobe.

The bills are approximately £150 each per month. The contract is on a rolling monthly basis. There is some flexibility with the move in date.
