Box Room in 3 Bed House (1 bath 1 toilet)

Hey!

I’m moving back to Canada and need someone to take over my room permanently. My lease ends on the 17th of August but you can take the place anytime you like.

Currently two older middle aged guys living with me on the property, so students and young tenants aren’t preferred. I’m in my late 20s though so as long as you’re quiet and respectable it’s no problem!

Rent is £480 per month, you can talk about security deposit with landlord but it’ll probably be around £500. Utilities are shared by us all I pay around £63 per month on utilities.
