Double room available in airy houseplant home

I am looking for a flatmate to share my lovely home with. Please note that I am not open to living with a man.

I would love to find someone friendly and chilled, so that we can relax and feel completely at home around each other.

Available from: 25 August 2026

Rent: £920 per month. Proof of regular income/sufficient savings required.

Bills: Variable, around £130 per month, including Wi-Fi, loo roll subscription and Council Tax. More details available on request.

Term: Flexible.

Your room: Your room is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. There is a shared cupboard in the living room, plus a shared coats peg and shoe rack in the hall. You are welcome to decorate the room however you like as the landlord is relaxed. Shelves and artwork on the walls are completely fine.

Your home: The flat has two double bedrooms, one shared bathroom, a kitchen, living room and a private terrace. The apartment is airy, gets lots of natural light and has recently had a fresh lick of paint. The terrace is lovely for reading (I have a lounger) or yoga in the sun on the weekends. I have higher quality photos and videos of the flat which are more helpful via WhatsApp upon request. I am always adding more houseplants so bonus points if you can bring plants to the flat.

Your flatmate: I am 28 and working in law. I have lived in Earlsfield for nearly three years and really love it. I hope to find someone relaxed so that we can feel completely at home with one another and also respect one another's space. I love spending time with family and friends, travelling, going out to eat, meeting friends for a drink, reading, fitness and nature, and I love a brunch and coffee on the weekend.

Lifestyle: I work in the office 4-5 days a week and I am away occasionally. I typically work from home on Fridays but I’m starting a new role soon so I’m not sure what that will look like. I offer a quiet and chilled home life without smoking, parties and pets.

Please note I am only open to living with another woman.

Travel: Loads of lime bikes get parked right outside. The flat is really well connected for commuting into London (as I do). Bus stop right on the door step for the 77 bus into London. 10 mins walk from Earlsfield and Wandsworth Common stations. Parking permits available from Wandsworth Council. I have a space where you can store your bike if you have one.

Local area: The local area has pubs, a huge shopping centre and cinema, big Sainsbury's, Tesco express and M&S within walking distance.

Landlord and neighbours: Neighbours are lovely and the landlord is really lovely and quick to deal with issues.
