Looking for a flatmate

I have had an offer accepted on a new 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat from 10 October in Wandsworth - rent is £1550 pp excluding bills. The flat has a balcony and /4 hour concierge.

I come as a duo with my little dog (mini dachshund) who is almost 6, loves everyone, very well behaved and flat friendly.

I’m new to London so keen to live with someone/people who have similar interests (fitness, running, nights in but occasional nights out to explore London 🍹). Usually at weekends I’ll be out and about a lot seeing friends/trying new coffee spots/gym classes etc.

I’m tidy, clean and easy going. Will be working from home most days but happy to do that from a desk in my bedroom.

Originally from England but lived in South Africa and Scotland for most of my life.
