The room is in a ground-floor 2-bedroom flat, shared with just one friendly female flatmate. The room is the smaller of the two, which is reflected in the lower rent.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and easy-going, and who would be a good fit for the flat and my lovely flatmate. 😊
