New house in Wandsworth Town

Looking for two new housemates to occupy a recently refurbished terraced house.

Two spacious double bedrooms remains available (out of a total of 6 bedrooms). The house has 3 bathrooms, a living room (which has a sofa bed perfect for guests) and a Kitchen/Dining area.

Transport and amenities:
Great transport links with Wandsworth Town train station a 10 minute walk away (with trains to Waterloo), East Putney tube station a 15 minute walk away, and bus links in all directions at the end of the street (10 mins to Clapham Junction).

There’s a great local pub ’The Queen Adelaide' just over the road, and the beautiful Wandsworth park just 5 minutes away which is on the Thames. Southside shops and restaurants are 5mins walk with a huge Sainsbury’s, H&M, Topshop, Oliver Bonas, Cineworld and Wagamama’s etc.

Rent:
Rent is £850 and £900per month for room (available from 1 January ) . Bills are included. Deposit of one month’s rent is required upfront and this will be placed securely in the private deposit account. A reference from your employer will also be required. As this is being let by a private landlord there are no agency fees whatsoever.
