One room available to rent in lovely home

We are seeking a friendly, professional female to rent a double room with a shared bathroom in our beautiful family home in Earlsfield. We are moving out of London to live permanently in the country. My husband ( aged 55) will be staying in the house two nights a week whilst the three other bedrooms will be rented out to lodgers. We already have filled two rooms with a Spanish female who has lived with us for 3 years and a Venezuelan female who has lived with us since October. The house is a friendly and welcoming home, located three minutes walk from the station. We have several restaurants and local amenities on our doorstep. The room has large cupboard space and storage.
