Lovely double room in the heart of Wandsworth

Hello, thanks for taking the time to check out my advert.

I'm a young (I guess young-ish) live in landlord and looking for a new tenant. The previous tenant moved abroad after 5 years of living here and I would prefer another long term let with a minimum of a year tenancy.

A fully furnished double room. The room has been recently decorated but you're free to make it your own. The room has central heating, bed, table television. There are no blinds/curtains but they are getting fitted by the 20th September.

The rent of £875 includes all bills, no surprises.

We are chilled, easy going, open minded and have a nice social vibe in our home.
I'm an NHS manager and my tenant is an electrician on an infrastructure project.

The flat is located in a gated private estate in the heart of Wandsworth. Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Town stations are 5 minutes away on bus and foot respectively.
Southside shopping centre is just 2 minutes walk away.

We have fast broadband, there is an ethernet cable in every room as well as wifi, a washing machine, fitted kitchen and a spacious shared living room. There is very little traffic noise despite being a minute away from the high street, the neighbours are friendly.
