We have a fantastic double room with own ensuite ideal for a single occupant available to rent on a long term basis.

It's a great place to live with loads happening and plenty of character throughout:

Living room - very good size with 3 large sofa's, DVD, Playstation, Virgin Media etc.

Kitchen - Like the rest of the house, the kitchen is really huge. Lots of worktop space, dishwasher and two large fridge freezers. You'll often find somebody cooking or eating dinner around the breakfast bar area.

Conservatory - This light and airy space is perfect for eating in, playing beer pong or working from home. It opens up on to the garden and patio areas.

The garden has a shed, a BBQ, table & chairs and a good amount of grass to relax on in the sun.

Bedroom: £600 pcm
Room is unfurnished!

The room is available mid tenancy, meaning there will be a name change fee of £50.

There is a basement which has utilities and a bit of a storage area (for bikes etc.) as well.

Bills are £90 pp pcm and include everything (tax/Virgin Media/internet and a weekly cleaner for all communal areas etc).

Location: 8 mins walk to Wandsworth Common rail (10 min train to Victoria where you can just about get anywhere in London). 10-15 mins walk to Earlsfield station (20 min train to Waterloo).

The 219 bus stop is just outside the house so it's very easy to get to Clapham Junction or Tooting Bec tube. 319 from Wandsworth common takes you through to Clapham Common.

Housemates: So now a little about the rest of the house and people who make it what it really is.

In a small well rounded nutshell you will be living with a range of professionals who are aged between 26-32 years.

In the summer we use the patio and garden as much as we can, with BBQs and drinks happening when possible. With Wandsworth Common only a 2 minute walk away it couldn't be easier to get to big green spaces. And in the glorious winter warm fires in the living room with a film are a must!

Always a laugh to catch up with everyone, while either cooking dinner, going for a drink, watching TV (either Sport or dinner date, Bake off, I'm a celeb) but the house is easily big enough to go and chill on your own.
