Double room with garden Wandsworth Common

Hi,

I’m Jack (30) and currently live with Lucy (27) and we have a room available from July 4th.

The flat is located just off Wandsworth Common and in easy walking distance to Earlsfield (for Waterloo) and Wandsworth Common (for Victoria) stations. There is also a very close bus stop which can get you to Clapham Junction or Tooting for the Northern line.

The room is a good size, around 8.5ft x 11ft, and comes furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, bedside table & chest of drawers. It’s a nice bright room at the back of the flat with a large window overlooking the gardens.

Overall the flat is in good condition and better thanks to lockdown where I have spent many hours gardening, painting etc. The garden really is now a great space, it gets lots of sun and there is plenty of space to entertain as well as storage for bikes.

We are both very sociable people that (outside of lockdown) have busy lives but also get on well in the house and enjoy the odd spontaneous drink and night out together.

We are looking for someone to join us that has similar lifestyles to ourselves. The price for the room is £700 per month with all bills included. I usually pay for a cleaner every 3 weeks but we do make the effort to keep the place tidy and run the hoover round in between.
