Double room with built in wardrobe, TV along with a desk and monitor if you want to work from home. There's almost no noise from outside as you don't face a road.
The Flat
Spacious, clean flat which has been nicely done out. Really decent walk-in rainfall shower.
One of the best things is it’s in such a nice area and you can walk to the common in under 2minutes.
Dishwasher. Washing machine/dryer.
4 minute walk from Wandsworth common station which is a 12minute train into Victoria.
Or a 11 minute walk to Balham tube station.
Housemate
Living with my housemate Joe who's a friendly, respectful guy who works in finance. He's into his golf and generally a quiet, easy to co-exist with individual who's in the office most days of the week.
