The house is a gorgeous 3 bedroom in a quiet private mews in the area lovely wandsworth common.

We have a large living room, downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom, 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a spacious conservatory & private garden.

( If you like drinking wine - a lot) and watching tv or chilling in the garden or in the local pub then we will get on.

We are in 10 mins walking distance to wandsworth common/ wandsworth common station. We also have Earsfield station 15 min walk away, and failing those we have wandsworth town 20 mins away or tooting bec and clapham junction stations a 10 min bus ride or short walk away

The beautiful northcote road & clapham junction are only 10 minutes walk over the common.

We are surrounded by bars, pubs and lovely coffee shops! (Plus a handy londis 2 mins from the house)

The house is kept incredibly clean and tidy and is a lovely, bright and welcoming space to live. ( We do ask that you are a clean and tidy person yourself - no mess allowed)

The bedroom comes with a large comfy double bed, built in wardrobe with plenty of storage and a chest of drawers.

Room is £900 at the front of the house overlooking the mews

Bills are shared and are usually between 150 per person each month for everything.
