I have now moved out of this lovely flat and am therefore looking for someone to replace me!
The flat is spacious, tidy and is in an excellent location - only a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Common and a 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common Station! We are very close to Bellevue Road and have easy access to pubs, coffee shops and Sainsbury's.
The room is a cosy double and is unfurnished (although, bed will remain). Rent is £750pcm including bills, and there will be a deposit of approximately £880. Viewings are highly advised! There is also a desk available should you need to work from home in the living room. :)
About the flatmates:
I live with 2 wonderful, tidy and easy-going girls (pictured - Serena left, Fern right). We love to hang out in the evenings, catching up on Netfix and reality TV shows, with an occasional glass of wine or gin in hand! We're looking for someone equally chilled-out and tidy! I'm really sad to leave as I have loved living here!
