Overlooking Wandsworth Common, this is a nicely decorated and furnished flat, and is ideal for someone who is in need of temporary accommodation.

I have been living here almost 5 years, and I’m in the process of selling. It’s a peaceful development, and I’ve never had has any issues.

There are two generous sized double bedrooms with wardrobe and drawers.

There will likely be viewings during your stay. You will not have to be in the flat while these take place.

I will also arrange and pay for a cleaner to come to the flat for 3 hours ever 2 weeks.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including super fast broadband!

The desk and office chair are not included.
