Large double bedroom in Clapham Junction

Looking for a new flatmate to move in from March 21st - start of April (exact date fliexible) with myself Josh (32) and Andy (32).

We are in a lovely flat share in Clapham Junction - Spencer Park/Wandsworth Common - a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and a 15 minute walk from Wandsworth Town. We are ideally situated next to St John's Hill, near Northcote Road.

The room comes with a large double bed, wall mounted mirror, plenty of built in storage, a chest of draws and bedside table with loads of room for a desk and even more furniture...! The flat comes with a bright kitchen, bathroom and huge living room. There is a lovely shared garden with a private patio space as well.

We are both professionals working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. Andy and I have been friends for over 10 years and are looking for a housemate to join us ideally for a while on a mutually rolling basis. The contract is rolling with 2 months notice.

Andy works in Digital Marketing and I work in TV Documentaries. We both love watching and playing sport, going to the pub with mates, going for walks, coffee, food etc.

There is a deposit of approx £1,000 and bills are not included.
