En Suite Double Room in a split level flat with a large garden.
On the ground floor, there is a Living Room, bedroom , bathroom and office, with stairs going downstairs to the kitchen, utility, dining room, en suite bedroom and rear garden. Split level makes it feel as though it is almost two separate flats with plenty of space if that’s preferred.
Saying that, as a live in landlord, I’m probably in the flat about 50% of the time as busy working in the city (occasionally from home), seeing friends, trying different restaurants and pubs and doing sport. When I am in, I’m sociable and enjoy chilling and relaxing. Looking for someone who is similarly sociable. Please message me if interested.
