En Suite Bedroom, split level flat, large garden

En Suite Double Room available in a split level flat with a large garden. The flat is 15 minute walk from Clapham junction station and Wandsworth common station; 2 minute from Wandsworth Common.
On the ground floor, there is a Living Room, bedroom, bathroom and office, with stairs going downstairs to the kitchen, utility, dining room, en suite bedroom and large garden.
The split level makes it feel as though it is almost two separate flats with plenty of space if that’s preferred.
Saying that, I’m in the flat about 50% of the time, as busy working in the city (and occasionally from home), seeing friends, trying different restaurants and pubs and doing sport. When I am in, I’m sociable and enjoy chilling and relaxing. Looking for someone who is similarly sociable. Please message me if interested.
