Spare room in beautiful flat beside the Common

The newly renovated flat is a 2 double bedroom flat with a shared living room and balcony just next to Wandsworth Common. The home is beautiful and spacious, and we get lovely sunlight through. It’s warm in the winter and breezy in the summer. Clapham junction is 15 minutes walk from the flat, and there are several buses very close by to get to the Northern Line.
I have lived here just shy of 1 year, and love it! The landlord and I are looking for someone to join me for minimum 6 months on the rental agreement (6 month min. lease with landlady).
As for me, who you’ll share the flat with, I am 32, an occupational therapist and I work out of the home each day. I enjoy being outdoors, trying out new bars, going to gigs, the theatre, and heading out to restaurants. I travel often, and love travelling.
