I’m looking for a replacement for my double bedroom with en suite available in a lovely modern open-plan flat from around 25th July 2024.

About the room:
The comes furnished with double bed, bedside table, and wardrobe. There is room for additional furniture in the room (a desk if WFH, TV stand etc.). The en suite has a shower, toilet, and sink. Rent is £885 per month, with an additional £70 for bills.
The council tax is band C (Wandsworth).

It is a really good sized double and will allow the new flatmate to really make it their own!

About the flat:
The flat is split across three floors, with an open plan kitchen/living area on the first floor, three bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom (with en suite) on the third. The kitchen comes fitted with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The block of flats also comes with a communal private grassed area, which is particularly useful in the summer! While there isn’t parking specifically for the flat, there is a free car park a 2min walk down the road, and the main road itself only has restrictions between 10-11am every weekday.

About the current tenants:
You will be sharing the flat with Eleanor, Bianca (both 28) and Francesca (25). At the moment, we work both in the office and from home - with roles in research, graphic design, and events planning.

Ideally we’d like to have a working professional aged between 24 and 30. We enjoy film nights, trips to the pub or theatre, and generally hanging out, but are also respectful when people need their own personal space. We’re looking for someone who’s easy to get along with, tidy & clean (especially in shared areas) and enjoys sharing the drink (or two) and is keen to socialise together in general. Spending time together is important to us - we want everyone to feel properly at home here!

The flat is in an amazing location, close to a number of train stations/bus stops:
10min walk to Wandsworth Common station
10-15min walk to Earlsfield station
20min walk to Wandsworth Town
~20 min walk to Tooting Bec Tube station (for the northern line)
25min walk to Clapham Junction station or a 20min bus which leaves from the County Arms (3 min walk around the corner)

Other Areas of interest:
<5min walk to Wandsworth Common
15min walk to Wandsworth shopping centre
