I am moving out of this lovely flat and am therefore looking for someone to replace me!
The flat is spacious, tidy and is in an excellent location - only a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Common and a 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common Station! We are very close to Bellevue Road and have easy access to pubs, coffee shops and Sainsbury's.
The room is a cosy double and is unfurnished (although, bed will remain at a cost of £50). Rent is £710pcm plus bills (roughly £118) depending on the time of year (£828 in total per month) and there will be a deposit of £923.31. Viewings are highly advised!
About the flatmates:
I live with 2 wonderful, tidy and easy-going girls (pictured - Ema left, Serena right). We love to hang out in the evenings, catching up on Netfix and reality TV shows, with an occasional glass of wine or gin in hand! We're looking for someone equally chilled-out, tidy and fun! I'm really sad to leave as I have loved living here for six years!
