Heya!

2 x double bedrooms with an en-suite each available in 4 bed split level flat.

Room 1 - available from 1st October £1200 (first set of pics with black and white rug).

Room 2 - available from 5th November £1100 (second set of pics with green furnishings)

Furnishings: we have furnished the flat but the price is unfurnished, so you can purchase the existing furniture in the room if you wish to!

Flatmates: Sophie (29) and Rhianna (26). We met through spare room but have become good friends. We mostly work from home and evenings are pretty chill relaxing on the sofa

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and respectful. Ideally we are looking for someone who goes into the office 3/4 days a week. We are looking for someone to be friends with but also has their own social life outside the flat.

Transport: Next to Wandsworth common station where you can get a 12 minute direct train to Victoria, or go 3 minutes to Clapham junction with lots of connections. Balham tube station is a 10 minute walk away

Green space: Wandsworth common is a 30 second walk away

Gyms: The nearest gym is anytime fitness is Balham

Shops/ pubs: Bellevue road has our closest shops and pubs directly opposite the common. Otherwise there are a couple of big supermarkets on Balham high road
