Spare Bedroom Wandsworth Common

We are two Aussie house mates, however one is looking to move out at the end of November and have a spare room for someone to take over the lease. The lease is currently being renewed for 8 months (expiring June 2025) with landlord and therefore is perfect for someone who requires a short to mid term lease.

We live in a 2 bedroom apartment located a 5 min walk off Wandsworth Common, and a 10 min walk from Balham and Tooting Bec.

The apartment is located in close proximity to cafes, pubs and is connected well to central London by the overground and the northern line. The area is also well sourced with supermarkets and a quick stop from Clapham Junction.

The apartment itself is furnished excluding the bedroom. The living room and kitchen area are both spacious.
One bedroom is larger than the other and therefore have different prices depending on which room you prefer (the smaller room is (1,075pm) and the larger is (1,200pm)
