Double bedroom in Clapham Junction 3 month let

I’m temporarily leaving my flat and looking for someone to take over my room for a max 3-month period (exact dates negotiable), starting ASAP (from now until before mid/late March).

The room comes with a large double bed, bedside tables, under-bed storage, a cupboard, and a fold-out work desk. There’s plenty of additional storage throughout the flat to help keep things tidy and organised.

You’ll be living with three lovely flatmates who are all lifelong friends of mine:

Jack and Katie are an engaged couple and live in the largest room. Andy is the other housemate in the third room. They are all funny and easy-going with a flexible work-life balance. They work from home 1-2 days a week and are often out enjoying pub trips, walks, dinners, sports events, etc.

They’d love to welcome someone nice and easy going into the flat for the duration of the tenancy period. The flat has a great vibe, and everyone is respectful and friendly.

This room is ideal for anyone needing a quick, flexible place in London. The tenancy is a maximum of 3 months from the agreed move-in date (ASAP – mid/late March), with the potential for a flexible move-out date over or under that works for both of us.
