Double room in friendly Wandsworth Common home

Hi girls! We have a double room available in our lovely big 4-bed house just 15 minutes from Wandsworth Common, and are looking for a 4th girl to join our home.

I'm moving out of London to live with my boyfriend in Amsterdam, and I'll be so sad to leave this beautiful home. I can be flexible on the move-in date, so if you want to move in before or a bit after mid-March, let me know!

The lease ends on 28th July 2025, so it can either be a short let or you can extend the lease at the end of the current contract.

The house:
- Big house with lots of space
- Bright living room
- A bathroom shared between three (one of the rooms is en-suite)
- A very large kitchen with an island breakfast bar, dining room table, and a brand new American fridge/freezer with ice machine.
- Gorgeous bi-fold doors that lead out onto a suntrap patio and upper-level garden (hi summer bbqs)!
- The room comes furnished as I'll be leaving my furniture behind for you to keep (the chest of drawers and wardrobe are downstairs to they don't overwhelm the room).
- Big built-in wardrobe and desk.

About the area:
- Wandsworth Common-Earlsfield area
- 10 min walk to Earlsfield station, where you can get to Waterloo in 6 mins,
- 25 min walk to Southfields on the District Line.
- Clapham Junction station is only a 10 min bus ride or 30 min walk away.
- Short walk from some of the best spots in SW London ( Northcote road, 25 min walk; Balham 30 mins; Clapham Common, 30 min walk).
- Lots of shops nearby:
-- Small Tesco/Sains 5-10 min walk away
-- Big Sains/Waitrose in Southside mall - 20 mins away (super convenient for shopping).

Monies:
- Rent is £875pcm
- Bills come to around £100 (thanks to Wandsworth council tax being the cheapest in the UK, we only pay £34 each per month!)
- Deposit is £1182.69 (it wouldn't let me add this to Spareroom) we split the total house deposit of £4730.76 equally between the four of us. The new tenant will be added to the secure tenancy deposit scheme.

About the girls:
- Saskia is 28 and works in program management
- Georgie is 32 and is a Primary School Teacher
- Jess is 27 and works as a data analyst.
- Sas and Georgie have been living together for the past four years, and Jess joined the house at the beginning of last year.

During the week we tend to chill, watch crappy TV or go for walks. At the weekends we do a mix of playing sport, chilling and going out for food, drinks, and maybe a cheeky dance.
We often come together on a Sunday, for a roast/to demolish a Camembert, discuss bad Hinge dates and cry about the Sunday scaries over a chick flick (normally with wine and chocolate). We're looking for a girl who's a similar vibe and age (25+).
