Room in Victorian Flat Garden + Parking

About Me
I’m a friendly, kind single mum living with my baby boy (8 months old). He’s generally a quiet and happy baby, but I do need someone who is respectful of baby routines at home. Some of the things I enjoy are cooking Greek cuisine and walking along the park.

I’d love to find a female flatmate who is tidy, easy-going, and has most of her social life outside the flat, but who also enjoys sharing a coffee or tea in the morning and having a nice chat so we can vibe well together.

The Room & Flat
The room comes with large wardrobes, hangers, and shelves, offering plenty of storage. You’ll be sharing the bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine, and separate dryer) as well as the kitchen and living areas.

The Location
The flat is part of a Victorian ground floor property in a peaceful, green neighbourhood. Wandsworth Common is just a 5-minute walk away, and the 77 bus stop is right outside. Clapham Junction is only 10 minutes away with excellent transport links.

Within 15 minutes’ walk you’ll find Southside Mall, lots of coffee shops, a large Sainsbury’s, and a Waitrose so everything you need is close by.

Bills
Bills usually come to around £100–150 per month (electricity, council tax, water). Internet is included.

Who I’m Looking For
A respectful, clean and kind woman who doesn’t mind living with a baby, and appreciates a calm and homely environment.

Tenancy
The contract runs until 01/08/2026. The room is available immediately, so you can move in as soon as you’d like and stay until the end of the contract.

House is furnished but the room is unfurnished. You’re more than welcome to come and view it. And I also own a robot vacuum so you won’t need to vacuum and mop :) please text me don’t call me thank you
