Double room in a modern flat - Wandsworth Common

Spacious double bedroom (with own bathroom) in a recently renovated, modern two bedroom flat near Wandsworth Common and Balham. The flat is comprised of an open plan living space / kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a very large terrace.

The flat is very close to Wandsworth Common station (100m away), which means you are able to get into Victoria in 12 minutes. Also only a 10 minute walk to Balham for access to the Northern line. Wandsworth Common is also at the end of the road, making runs/walks easily accessible.

Council tax, water, wifi and energy are not included and are about £120 per person (cheap Wandsworth council tax!)

I have fully furnished the flat as it originally was unfurnished but the room currently has a new sofa bed which you may wish to replace.

Bit about me - I am the only other flat mate you would be sharing with (28 year old female). I work in the office 3-4 days a week and would be looking for someone with a similar working pattern. I like going out for nice dinners, wine nights and to play sport. I have lived in London for a few years and like to spend time with friends but also keen to meet someone who would like to chat over a glass of wine in the evenings.

There are six flats within the house, everyone is mid 20s to early 30s and really lovely. We sometimes do a pub quiz as a house and have wine nights!

I am fairly flexible with the move in date, late November / early December would work well.
