Spacious double bedroom (with own bathroom) in a recently renovated, modern flat near Wandsworth Common and Balham in a two bed flat. The flat is comprised of an open plan living space / kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a very large terrace.

The flat is very close to Wandsworth Common station (100m away), which means you are able to get into Victoria in 12 minutes.

Council tax, water, wifi and energy are not included and are about £120 each.

I have fully furnished the flat as it originally was unfurnished but the room currently has a new sofa bed which you may wish to replace.

I am the only other flat mate you would be sharing with (28 year old female). I work in the office 3-4 days a week and would be looking for someone with a similar working pattern.
