Hello, I’m James and I’m currently planning to leave London, so I’m looking to find a new housemate for my landlady.
This is in a large Victorian house on Wandsworth Common, one of my favourite areas of London. The room is very large and on the top floor, which basically functions as its own flat (it has its own kitchen, bathroom and boiler and is only shared with one other guy). It’s furnished with a king size bed too.
The landlady lives on the ground floor with her son and they mostly keep to themselves. Anyway, let me know if you like the sound of this or have any other questions!
