Hey there! Unfortunately, due to work commitments I’m having to relocate within the next month or so, so I’m looking for 1 person to take over my tenancy which runs until September 8th.
The flat is absolutely beautiful, and in a very quiet, safe location near Wandsworth Common.

✨short bus ride to Northern Line stations
✨Large garden space (perfect for summer BBQs, parties etc)
✨10 min walk to Sainsbury’s and 3 min walk to nearest corner shop for your essentials
✨You’d be living with Hannah and Abbie, who are absolutely lovely girls - we regularly would sit in the kitchen / living room area for chats and watched TV shows and movies
✨Comes with a bed, mattress and wardrobe
💵Rent: £1225 + bills (which come to roughly £100 per month)
📆Move in Date : Approximately mid-late March (could be sooner)
