We are looking to rent out our studio flat, located on Ravenslea Road (sw12), less than 30 seconds walk from the corner of Wandsworth Common.

The studio has its own entrance so convenient for someone who wants privacy (my wife and I live in the house next door with our baby but you would have full privacy). It contains one bed on a raised mezzanine (accessed by a little ladder), its own bathroom and appliances (microwave, kettle, steam cooker). We will supply crockery, cutlery, glasses etc) and desk. It is cosy but perfectly comfortable.

The flat is a mere 5 mins from Bellevue Road, with its coffee shops, beautiful pubs and shops as well as a Sainsburys. Transport links are excellent, as we are 2 mins walk from Wandsworth Common Overground station (5 min train to Clapham Junction / 12 min train to Victoria) or Balham tube (13 mins walk from flat - Northern line to Charing Cross and City).

Rent-wise we are looking for £650 per month. This would be perfect for a student, gappy or young professional looking for a reasonable rent in a very desirable, leafy and safe area.
