My flatmate is moving out so a room in our gorgeous Wandsworth Common flat has become available. This will be a takeover of tenancy.

- Right on the common (lifesaver in a heatwave)
- 20 mins walk or short bus from Clapham junction (5 minute train into Victoria/waterloo, overground etc)
- Walk or short bus to northern line
- Northcote Road (bars, shops and restaurants) is a 15 minute walk away
- Must have an annual salary of at least £28,500. Deposit will be £1096
About me:
I am 24 and work for a children’s education charity. I’m in the office most of the time but enjoy yoga/pilates classes, exploring london as I’ve been here for about a year, trips to the pub, as well as a night in watching love island/traitors when not working!
Looking for a girl age 21-27 who is clean, considerate and keen to be friends!
Move in will be around 12th September but can be flexible!
