* Sharing with one girl (me!) and my Cockapoo Billy - it's my flat, so is really homely and looked after, and Billy is (mostly) very well behaved.

* Dog lovers are very welcome! Billy is very friendly and (mostly) chilled at home. Does love a ball though!

* Huge shared living room with French doors leading out to furnished private garden with BBQ etc

* All bills included - utilities, council tax, Netflix, Apple TV, Prime & broadband etc

* Very close (2mins walk across the road) to gorgeous Wandsworth common, pubs & shops + 12mins lovely walk through the common to Northcote Road

* Separate large kitchen with usual mod cons

* Brand new bathroom with bath & shower etc

* The flat is in a safe, leafy residential area & has secure gated entry, so is very secure, with buzzer entry system.

*Preferably looking for someone who doesn't work from home (as I mostly do!) and who is vaguely sociable (normal!)

NEIGHBOURHOOD:

A lovely Youngs pub, The County Arms, is 2mins door to door.

Beautiful Bellevue Road (Wandsworth Common station) with great pubs (The Hope & The Antelope), cafés, boutiques & Sainsbury's etc is 10mins across the common, also with decent tennis courts. Wandsworth Common is 12 mins direct to Victoria (Via Balham, CJ, Battersea Park etc). Also direct to London Bridge.

Earlsfield is 10mins walk down the road for more lovely pubs & direct train to Waterloo (12mins).

Tooting Bec (Northern Line) is just up the road, walk or 219 bus direct.

Northcote Road is 15mins lovely walk through the common - or hop on the 219 bus (goes to Clapham Junction one direction or Tooting Bec tube the other direction).

Bikes: we have a very secure bike shed, within the secure gates, so I think it is quite secure!

About me:

I'm 46 and single, no kids, often away for work or fun, festivals, visiting friends and family etc.

My flat is a really lovely, homely and cosy home (never cold), so would be great to share it with someone who is equally lovely, who doesn't have toooo much stuff, enjoys keeping their home looking nice & who obviously loves dogs.

Very much up for watching Netflix, Traitors , football etc. and sharing the odd glass of wine, as and when paths cross, but equally very respectful of your own space. There is a very well stocked drinks trolley, but definitely not a huge party house!
