Dbl room close in Aussie/Dutch House

Nice sized double with large built in wardrobe (also furnished with large draws/bed). Flat is good size with large kitchen and a shared living room with a large balcony. One housemate is a smoker but only smokes outside.

Close to transport - across the road from Wandsworth overground and buses into central London/towards Clapham Junction/Wandsworth.

10 mins walk to Clapham tube stations. 15/20 min walk to Stockwell tube. Santander bike point outside by road.

The housemates are young prof. They are friendly and outgoing - one Dutch and one Aussie. LGBT+ welcome. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks - about £10 each. Bills come to about £80 a month. Move in date cam be a little flexible - but am moving back to Australia myself so need someone to take my spot. I have loved living with these guys - very respectful house - so someone laid back and responsable wanted to fill the room. Landlord tends to leave us to it which is nice - the area doesn't look amazing as building it up out front so there is a building sight but flat is lovely and very quiet. DM any queries.
