Lovely room with shower room

Hey there,

I'm leaving the tenancy after two years with my flatmates who would like to stay. Therefore, we're looking for someone to replace me :-) They are both lovely people and the pet is a bunny which lives in my housemate's room. It’s a quiet and tidy house, with housemates who are respectful of each other’s space and who like hanging out together in the evenings and occasionally cook dinners/watch movies/listen to music together.

The girls are Italian, Dutch, British mix but grew up in France (they are school friends), they mostly speak English but some French together too.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and night table. You will also have your own shower room with a toilet and sink.

Other amenities:
- Open plan kitchen and living room
- Charming converted police station building
- Courtyard: can be used to hang out in, do workouts, etc
- Secure bike storage within the courtyard
- Most people in the building (if not all) are young professionals

Location:
- Stockwell / Clapham North / Nine Elms station: 10min walk
- 2 large supermarkets within 10/15 min walk, smaller supermarkets nearby
- Close to Clapham Common and Larkhall Park 20min walk to Battersea Park.
