Hey all. Our flatmate has moved out and we’re looking for someone for replace him. Contract runs until November 2025.
Looking for someone between 27 and 35 that is able to pass referencing.
Rent is £750 per month. Bills come to around £120 a month but may go up as we are heading into winter.
The deposit is £923 to be paid to the old tenant.
It’s a double Room in a 4 bedroom flat. Comes with desk/chair wardrobe and chest of drawers. Flat has bathroom with full tub and an additional toilet.
About us. I work as an account manager, my friends Kaz and Cosmin both work in hospitality. We’re quite chilled happy to hang out together in the flat or outside but also respect everyone’s space.
The property is around a 15 minute walk to Clapham Common and it has good links to the Overground via Wandsworth Road Station and the underground via Nine Elms.
