Hey all. Our flatmate is moving out and we’re looking for someone for replace him. We have a 2 year contract which runs out in November 2025 so you would be taking over his contract and would be here for at least a year and hopefully longer. The deposit is £923 but it won’t let me put that on the ad as we split it 4 ways.
It’s a Double Room in a 4 bedroom flat. Comes with desk/chair wardrobe and chest of drawers. Flat has bathroom with full tub and an additional toilet.
About us. I work as an account manager, my friends Kaz and Cosmin both work in hospitality. We’re quite chilled happy to hang out together in the flat or outside but also respect everyone’s space.
The property is around a 15 minute walk to Clapham Common and it has good links to the Overground via Wandsworth Road Station and the underground via Nine Elms.
Happy to do viewings of the property.
Bills come to around £120 a month but may go up as we are heading into winter.
