Decent sized double room that comes furnished with bed, drawers, wardrobe and a desk and chair if you’d want. Ground floor flat but still gets decent sun in the afternoon.

Flat is in a prime location right next to larkhall park, plenty shops walking distance including a tescos and large Sainsbury’s which are just a 5 - 10 minute walk. Battersea power station also only 10mins walk. Stockwell and Nine Elms tube stations close by which makes it really easy to get in to London or down to Clapham.

Current house mates are young working professionals who are social but mostly out on their own schedule. So although the place is relatively small it’s enough space for us.

Bills are fixed which is a bonus in winter but the place is pretty warm regardless.

Contract takeover from myself for the last 3 months with option to extend after that.
