Double room 1200pcm btw Battersea & Nine Elms

Hi hi!

I am moving out of my double room in this amazing two-person flat and looking for someone to take over the room for the remainder of the tenancy (1 year).

The flat🏠 :The flat is on the 2nd floor of a building, very light and spatious. There are two double rooms, one shared bathroom (toilet, sink and sink drawers, and shower bath) and the kitchen and living room are integrated as one (see pictures). The flat was unfurnished and we’ve decorated it ourselves. Whoever moves in would only have to get new furniture for the room they’ll be occupying unless they want to buy off my furniture and keep it as it is.

First things first👯‍♀️; I’ve been living with my best friend from uni -Alex🩷- but now moving in with my partner. She’s 25, and works in an asset management company as software developer. She is so easy to live with (not just saying this because she is my best friend), amazing person and friend, clean and tidy, great sense of fashion, we share some friendship groups, super social and friendly, always busy with plans, loves wine and running and she’d like to share the flat with someone who’ll treat it as a home, who’ll be respectful, as well as clean and organised but also someone she can call a good friend and bring along to plans and viceversa.

Location & shopping📍🛍️: Flexibility to take either the Victoria or the Northern lines to commute into central. 15min by foot from Nine Elms (great tube station as it’s at the end of the northern line and you always get a seat) and 15min by foot from Stockwell.

Also, 15min by foot from Battersea power station and the park. 20min from Clapham old town.

5minutes by foot from a Tesco shop, 15min to Nine Elms big Sainsbury’s.

The room (unfurnished except for bed)🛏️: spacious double room. Quite a lot of storage in built in closet, iKEA drawers that I’d be happy to sell with the room, and additional space underneath the bed. Space for shoes in bottom shelf of the closet and beneath the bed.

Cost/rent💸: ~£1.200 pcm/£1250 including bills. Entry date is somewhat flexible as long as it’s any time in the first two weeks of September.
