Hi everyone, my current flatmate is moving out due to work reasons, and we’re looking for the next suitable tenant — preferably male.

- Location: South Bank Zone 1, near Battersea Power Station, Postcode SW8
- Availability: From early December; long-term preferred (the lease runs until September 2026, with the option to renew), short-term stays of around two months can be discussed
- Layout: 2B2B apartment, one bedroom and one private bathroom available (no sharing), room size around 18 sqm. with a private balcony
- Looking for: Someone with a regular routine, non-smoker, and tidy. Students or working professionals are welcome.
-Room: Fully furnished with bed, bedside table, and wardrobe
Common Area: Living room with dining table, chairs, TV, sofa, and shared balcony. Open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and induction stove.

-Building Facilities: Secure electronic entry system, two elevators, waste disposal area, concierge for parcel collection, and a 24-hour Pure Gym on the ground floor.
