Double room in sociable house

Two blokes looking for a sociable person who’s happy to hang out as a house and is also comfortable on their own.

About the house
A large ground floor and basement flat with massive garden. Big kitchen; very suitable for weeknight dinners, weekend dinner parties or just late night chats. Separate downstairs lounge. The garden is perfect to host summer (and winter) BBQs. Cleaner comes every two weeks to clean communal spaces. Very homely.

About the room
A large double room, high ceilings - sharing family bathroom with one other.

House mates
Nick - 33 - owner of a startup drinks company (apologies in advance for the occasional row of boxes in a corner, free drinks should hopefully make up for it). Big Villa fan, big Guinness drinker… owner of Freddie, the 16 year old cocker spaniel.

Lewis - 35 - an executive chef working from home a few days a week. Lager drinker and all round sports fan.

As a flat we go to the pub regularly and play football on a Thursday night. Looking for someone who is happy to join in with the social aspect and not hide, but equally, we both like time on our so it won’t be as intense as you think.
