The Room:
Spacious double with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bed also provides extra space for storage underneath. The room has big windows and is bright during the day.

The Flat:
Refurbished just over a year ago, the flat has a bright feel thanks to its big windows and white painted walls. The modern living room and dining area sits next to the large kitchen, with gas hob, fan oven and large fridge freezer. All the usual supplies are provided, such as pans, utensils and cutlery, with a few nice extras I have as I like to cook. Then there are two bedrooms and separate toilet and bath/shower room. Bills are included in the rent, which covers the usual utilities and a fast Broadband connection.

The area:
The flat is ideally located about 8 mins walk from Stockwell tube for the Northern and Victoria lines and is about 6 mins from Wandsworth Road overground. We are in walking distance of Brixton or Vauxhall and a short bus hop into Clapham. Locally we have a few nice things too such as a good choice of supermarkets, a Gym almost next to the property and a local theatre.

The housemate:
Sharing with one guy, late 20’s. Looking for a flatmate as my housemate is moving away. Sad to see her go, but perfect opportunity for someone to take her great room in our comfortable but modern flat.
